O Comendador Fabricio Santos, membro efetivo da Excelsa e Notável Ordem Nacional dos Comendadores da Fraterna Comunhão - da qual é Grão-Chanceler o Comendador +Dom Moyses Barbosa, foi distinguido em Brasília com mais elevada titulação: Doutor Honoris Causa em Direitos Humanos, concedida pela Faculdade de Teologia Antioquia Internacional, da qual o homenageado é Presidente o Pastor Dr. Roberto dos Santos.
